Refund & Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to bigleap@bnidelhisouth.com before the applicable deadline. Verbal requests will not be accepted.

1. Cancellation by Participant

GST paid (18%) is non-refundable as it has been remitted to the government.

2. Cancellation by Organiser

  • If the Organiser cancels the Event for any reason, a full refund (inclusive of GST) will be processed within 30 working days.
  • If the Organiser postpones the Event, your registration will be transferred to the new date. If you cannot attend the new date, you may cancel for a 100% refund (excl. GST) within 7 days of the postponement announcement.
  • The Organiser is not liable for any travel, accommodation, or other costs incurred by participants in connection with a cancelled or postponed Event.

3. Add-ons & Sub-Events

  • Add-on items (e.g., branding packages, meals) and sub-event tickets follow the same cancellation schedule as the main registration.
  • Where an add-on or sub-event is separately cancelled by the Organiser, a proportionate refund will be issued.

4. Delegate Substitution

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another eligible individual by notifying us at bigleap@bnidelhisouth.com at least 48 hours before the Event. The substitute must meet membership eligibility requirements for the registration type. Substitution requests are subject to Organiser approval.

5. Stall-Specific Cancellations

  • Stall cancellations follow the same refund schedule as above.
  • The cancelled stall will be released back to the available pool immediately upon confirmation of cancellation.
  • The Organiser reserves the right to cancel a stall booking if payment proof is fraudulent, the UTR is invalid, or the booth is not set up by the agreed deadline. In such cases, the cancellation is treated as made fewer than 15 days before the Event (no refund).

6. Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer to the account from which the original payment was made. We do not refund to a different account.
  • You must provide your bank account details (account number, IFSC) when raising the refund request.
  • Processing time: 15 working days from approval of the cancellation request.
