1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, booking a stall, or otherwise participating in and/or attending full or any part thereof of the BIG LEAP 2026 Conference & Exhibition ("Event") being organised by BNI Delhi South ("Organiser", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.

2. Event Details

• Event: BIG LEAP (BNI Delhi South Conference & Exhibition 2026)
• Dates: 18–19 September 2026
• Organiser: BNI Delhi South
• Event details (venue, schedule, speakers) are subject to change. Registered participants will be notified of material changes via the contact information provided at registration.

3. Registration & Eligibility

• Registration is open to BNI Members and invited guests / visitors as permitted by the Organiser.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. Misrepresentation may result in cancellation without refund.
• A unique Registration Number (BL-2026-XXXXX) and QR code will be issued upon payment confirmation. This is non-transferable.
• The Organiser reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its sole discretion.

4. Stall Bookings

• Stall reservations are held for 5 hours during the booking process. An incomplete payment within this window releases the stall back to availability.
• A stall booking is confirmed only after payment is received and approved by the Organising Committee.
• Stall assignment is subject to availability. The Organising Committee may, in exceptional circumstances, reassign a stall of equivalent or higher value.
• Stall owners are responsible for the setup, operation, and removal of their stall items/display etc within the timelines communicated by the Organising Committee.

5. Payments & Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is applied at checkout and shown separately.
• Payment is accepted via bank transfer / UPI. Proof of payment (UTR / screenshot) must be uploaded during registration for payment confirmation.
• Pricing tiers (Early Bird, Smiley Bird, Last Boarding Bird) are time- and quantity-limited. The applicable tier is determined at the time of payment submission.
• The Organising Committee is not responsible for failed or delayed payments due to banking system issues.

6. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details. In summary:

• The payment, once made and approved, is non-refundable and non-transferable.
• No-shows: No refund.
• If the Event is cancelled by the Organiser, a full refund (inclusive of GST) will be issued within 30 working days.

7. Conduct & Code of Behaviour

• All participants must conduct themselves in accordance with BNI's core values: Givers Gain®, building relationships, and professional behaviour.
• Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour, in the opinion of the organiser, will result in immediate removal from the Event without refund.
• Participants must comply with all venue rules and applicable laws.
• The participants and attendees confirm that they are physically fit to participate in the Event and that they have no medical conditions that: (a) would prevent them from safely participating in the Event; and (b) would cause any risk to them if they participate in the Event, including the celebrations, if any, forming part of the Event.

8. Photography & Media

By attending the Event, you acknowledge that photographs, audio, and video recordings may be taken and used by the Organiser for promotional and archival purposes. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before the Event at dsbigleap@gmail.com.

9. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, and content produced by the Organiser in connection with the Event are the intellectual property of BNI Delhi South or Accrete Consultants and may not be reproduced without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Organiser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your participation in the Event or use of this platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded by applicable law. The Organiser's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the registration fee paid by you. Notwithstanding anything contrary, the Organisers shall not be held liable and responsible for any loss whatsoever (including monetary or physical) which may be caused to any participant pursuant to their own negligence, conduct and/or misrepresentation.

11. Force Majeure

The Organiser is not liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, government orders, natural disasters, or venue unavailability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes in connection with or relating to the present agreement shall be referred to arbitration to be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed mutually by the parties. The Arbitration shall be conducted under the aegis of DIAC and as per the provisions of arbitration and conciliation act, 1996(as amended from time to time). The District Court of Saket, New Delhi and the Delhi High Court shall have exclusive jurisdiction over the matters / issues concerning the present agreement and arbitration.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The latest version is always available on this page. Continued participation in the Event after changes constitutes acceptance.
