Please read the following carefully before filling in your details.
- Early Bird pricing is for the first 20 stalls booked or 30th Jun, whichever is earlier. After Early Bird, the normal Smiley Bird price.
- For BNI Delhi South, BNI Ghaziabad & BNI Noida members, there is a Rs. 10,000 discount on each option.
- Price is exclusive of 18% GST.
- 2 members can share only a 3m x 2m or 3m x 3m stall. Members can be from their own region only.
- Stall price includes both day's lunch coupons for 2, and 1 pass for Networking Conclave.
- Stall includes - Front fascia, 2 chairs, 1 table, lights, a dustbin & 1 electrical point. Anything extra can be booked with the vendor directly at your cost. We will share vendor details as and when. You are free to make your own arrangements, also if you need bare space, ideally a corner stall.
- You will be required to make a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000.00, which will be returned if you hand over the stall in the same condition as it was given to you at the start.
- Front Fascia branding will be done by the organising committee and cannot be changed - no addition and/or deletion is permitted to keep the perfect harmony theme of the event!
- No sale is permitted.
- You cannot encroach on any space outside your stall.
- Please ensure the aisles are for attendee movement, hence should always be clear.
- Please ensure that whatever you declare at the time of registration will be displayed on the event days.
- Stalls will be confirmed only once we have gone through all the details submitted by you. The committee will try to clear stalls ASAP.
- You will be required to sign an event stall participation form for your stall.
- Exhibition - 18th - 9 am to 8 pm | 19th - 9 am to 5.30 pm
Day 1 is exclusively dedicated for all attendees to spend quality time with the stall owners for their business growth. All attendees, members and visitors, need to be registered, but there is no fees for the the exhibition area.

300+ members will come together with Givers Gain & Building Relationship mindset to help each member to be more successful in BNI. Include Lunch
